Call for Book Chapters – 20th Anniversary Special Edition

The Revista Verde de Agroecologia e Desenvolvimento Sustentável invites researchers, professors, students, and professionals to submit book chapters for the special 20th anniversary edition, with the theme: “Agroecology and Sustainable Development as Pedagogical Practices.”

Chapters should present research results, extension experiences, educational practices, or theoretical reflections related to agroecology and sustainability.

Thematic sections (book sections):
• Pedagogical practices at different educational levels (Early Childhood Education, Elementary School, High School, Technical Education, Higher Education, and Youth and Adult Education – EJA)
• Rural education, popular education, and community contexts
• Teacher training and teaching methodologies in agroecology
• Extension activities, participatory practices, and community engagement
• Public policies, curriculum, and perspectives in agroecological education

Chapter submission:
Submissions must be made through the form available HERE.

Formatting guidelines:
Chapters must follow the journal’s author guidelines, adopting the same standards required for scientific articles. Unlike articles, chapters must be submitted with author identification, including full name and institutional affiliation.

Important information:
• Each author may submit only one chapter
• No submission fee is charged
• A fee of R$350.00 per chapter will be charged only after acceptance
