Peso y capacidade de almacenamiento de la vesícula de miel de abejas africanizadas em el sur de Santa Catarina, Brasil

El objetivo fue evaluar el peso de las abejas obreras y la capacidad de la vesícula de miel de Apis mellifera L. africanizadas en la región sur de Santa Catarina. Las abejas se colocaron en macetas para medir su peso y, posteriormente, se les suministró miel hasta que estuvieron llenas y pesadas para cuantificar la capacidad de la vesícula de miel. El peso medio de las abejas africanizadas vacías fue de 76,20 ± 10,33 mg. La capacidad media de la vesícula de miel fue de 24,50 ± 12,69 mg. El bajo coeficiente de determinación de la ecuación de regresión (r2 = 0.03998) demuestra la variabilidad entre el peso y la vesícula de miel de las abejas africanizadas. El peso y la capacidad de la vesícula de miel de abejas en la región sur de Santa Catarina fueron 76,20 mg y 24,50 mg, respectivamente.Descargas
