Abstract

Introduction: The flexibility of measures to isolate the coronavirus pandemic and the return to classes raise concerns about compliance with health protocols in schools, requiring readaptation as activities to the new reality. Objective: experience report of nursing interns in a health education action to control the dissemination of COVID-19 in their return to in-person classes. Material and methods: Descriptive study, experience report type, with a qualitative approach. Developed in an Elementary Education Center I in the Federal District. Results and discussion: Carried out in three stages: visit to the school for data collection; preparing the roadmap for action; and development of activity at the school. Final Considerations: The use of playfulness, the reach of learning, strengthens the professional performance that occurs in the child population and within children as protagonists in self-care and, consequently, in health promotion.
