Tendências de Pesquisa em Agroecologia e Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável

O objetivo deste artigo foi utilizar métodos bibliométricos para analisar as publicações sobre o tema “Agroecologia” e os tópicos de citação dos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS). Com base na base de dados Web of Science e utilizando o método de análise bibliométrica, este estudo analisou 3.865 artigos e revisões sobre o tema Agroecologia de 1979 a 3 de dezembro de 2024, incluindo 50 top papers classificados como artigos altamente citados e um hot paper, de acordo com a base de dados Essential Science Indicators (ESI). Os artigos, escritos majoritariamente em inglês (94,64%), originaram-se de 143 países ou regiões e foram publicados em 758 periódicos e séries de livros. Os cinco principais periódicos são: Agroecology and Sustainable Food Systems, Sustainability, Frontiers in Sustainable Food Systems, Agriculture Ecosystems Environment e Agronomy for Sustainable Development. Os cinco principais países e regiões são EUA, França, Brasil, Inglaterra e Espanha, cada um com mais de 265 artigos publicados. Com a visualização da rede de coocorrência pelo VOSviewer, todas as palavras-chave foram separadas em sete clusters de pesquisa: produtividade e solo; sustentabilidade agrícola e soberania alimentar; biodiversidade; agricultura sustentável; mudanças climáticas na agrofloresta; análise de benefícios; e vida selvagem. As 25 principais palavras-chave com os mais fortes surtos de citação (citation bursts) foram analisadas no CiteSpace. Com base na base ESI, existem 50 top papers que são simultaneamente artigos altamente citados e um hot paper. A maioria das publicações foca em cinco Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável: 02 Fome Zero, 15 Vida Terrestre, 13 Ação Contra a Mudança Global do Clima, 03 Saúde e Bem-Estar e 11 Cidades e Comunidades Sustentáveis. Os resultados auxiliam pesquisadores a compreender melhor o panorama atual da pesquisa, além de fornecer orientações para estudos futuros em Agroecologia.
